Gather with us around the table as Jennifer demonstrates the art of Gluten-free breadmaking. With a sprinkle of flour and a mix of ingredients, the room will fill with the warm aroma of freshly baked bread. The Honey Flaxseed sandwich bread takes shape, its golden crust glistening under the kitchen lights.
Next, attention is turned to the Cranberry Orange bread in a focaccia style. The baker demonstrate how to knead the dough, incorporating the vibrant cranberries and zesty orange zest. As the bread bakes in the oven, anticipation will grow among the attendees, eager to sample the delightful creation.
After the loaves emerged from the oven, participants will gather around the tasting table, ready to savor the fruits of the baker’s labor. Each bite reveals a symphony of flavors and textures, from the nutty flaxseeds in the sandwich bread to the burst of sweetness from the cranberries in the focaccia.
You will be left with newfound inspiration and a deeper appreciation for the craft of breadmaking, gluten-free.

All classes are available if you can see them, classes will be removed if full or a wait list will be added. A minimum of 5 people are needed for the class to happen . Registration must be completed 1 week prior to classes. You will be notified via email 2-3 days prior to the event with confirmation and further instructions.
