Master the essentials of gluten-free living in this comprehensive session designed to turn confusion into confidence. We begin by defining gluten’s role in “BROW” grains (Barley, Rye, Oats, and Wheat) and how its absence changes the science of baking. You will gain expert label-reading skills, learning to distinguish between standard FDA claims and the stricter 10ppm Certified Gluten-Free standards. We will also uncover “hidden” gluten sources—such as malt, traditional soy sauce, and brewer’s yeast—while teaching you how to identify high-risk cross-contamination zones in shared kitchens and restaurants. By the end of this workshop, you will be equipped with the practical tools needed to safely and successfully navigate a gluten-free lifestyle.You are not considered registered unless you are paid OR arrangements to pay have been made! All classes are available if you can see them, classes will be removed if full or a wait list will be added. A minimum of 5 people are needed for the class to happen .
