Swimming Lessons are available for children 5 years & up. Students progress at their own pace, mastering the skills in one level before advancing to the next. The Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program requires participants to pass the previous level or be able to complete the exit skills for the previous level. Each class includes training in basic water safety, and stroke development. Courses meet for 8 sessions of 30 minutes each. Bring your own towel.
Your child will work his/her way up to becoming a great swimmer with our learn to swim program! Please arrive a few minutes early with your child ready for the water. Parents or Guardians should stay during the 30 minute lesson. Parents observe the lesson, but do not need to get into the water. Restrooms are available at Crooked Lake Park.
